We work April through November when temperatures and humidity stay in range for the paint to cure correctly. We don't push a job into bad weather just to bill it.

Central Ohio weather is hard on exterior paint. Hot summers, freeze-thaw winters, and humidity that soaks into wood and stucco. We pressure wash everything, scrape and sand failed paint, caulk every gap, spot-prime bare spots, and apply two coats of Sherwin-Williams exterior systems built for the climate. Trim and doors get the attention most contractors skip.

Our Process

Wash

Soft wash with biodegradable cleaners or pressure wash where the surface can handle it. The paint goes on clean siding or it fails early.

Prep

Scrape failing paint, sand for adhesion, caulk every gap and seam, and prime any bare wood or stained area.

Paint

Two coats of Sherwin-Williams exterior system on siding. Trim, doors, and shutters get their own pass for crisp lines.

Inspect

Walk the property at the end. Caulk lines, drip marks, and trim cuts get checked before we call it done.
